Volunteer

Glencoe Needs Volunteers. And that means you! Here's how you can help:

  1. Fill out the HSD volunteer form.

  2. Visit our Charms site by clicking HERE

  3. Put in the password ghsbooster into the Parents/Students/Members area.

  4. Navigate to the "Volunteers" tab to find opportunities that we need help with.

  5. You can also view the "Calendar" tab and click on the various events. Look for the volunteer hand to sign up.

MAKE sure that you’re signed up!

All parents that are working with children in any capacity within the Hillsboro School District must be approved through the district by filling out the Volunteer Application HERE. Ensuring that parents take these steps to be cleared through the district is our first line of defense to take care that students are safe while with our ensembles. If you’re in doubt about whether or not to fill out the application based on your involvement, it is suggested that you submit anyway. It’s free!
