MISSION STATEMENT

The Glencoe Performance Ensembles serve to provide a top-notch educational experience to its members through music and the visual arts. We strive to establish a growth-oriented environment which promotes positive relationships amongst the membership and demand excellence in all settings as we represent Glencoe High School, the Hillsboro School District, and the community with pride at all performances and competitions.

GOALS OF THE
GLENCOE PERFORMANCE ENSEMBLES

The goals of the Glencoe Performance Ensembles encompass technical, musical, and personal growth among the individuals as well as performance excellence from the entire ensemble. The demands presented throughout the year come from the selection of music, show design, and other performance elements that are present throughout the various ensemble seasons. Each member will demonstrate their proficiency by performing at state, regional, and national-level events throughout the year.
